Cycle-based strength training

Your body. Your strength. Your terms.

Training that adapts to your cycle. And shows you the reasoning.

Same person, same programme, two points in the same cycle. The app reads where you are and changes what it asks of you.

Day 1 Your period is here, so today is gentler.
The Tomera home screen on day 1, showing menstruation, lower energy, and a gentler session planned.
Day 10 Energy is high, so today builds toward your targets.
The Tomera home screen on day 10, showing the follicular phase, high energy, and a full session planned.
  • Menstrual
  • Follicular
  • Ovulation
  • Luteal

Every number comes with its reasoning.

Most training apps hand you a set and a rep count and leave you to guess where they came from. Tomera shows the decision: what you did last time, what it is holding, what it changed today, and what would move the target up.

The rules are fixed and readable. Nothing is a black box, and nothing progresses while you are reporting pain.

An exercise screen explaining why today's target is 9 to 13 reps, with coaching cues, common mistakes, and what to do if something hurts.

Strength training built for cycles that don't behave.

PCOS. Endometriosis. Irregular cycles. Hormonal contraception. Perimenopause.

If your cycle doesn't run to a textbook 28 days, the app adjusts today's session instead of guessing. It learns your actual cycle length from what you log, and it tells you when it is estimating rather than pretending to be certain.

No cycle to track? The app still adapts to your symptoms, pain, and energy. Phase-based adjustments appear only where there's a real cycle to read them from.

A per-exercise progress chart showing reps climbing over three months, with each session coloured by the cycle phase it fell in.

Your training and cycle data stay on your phone.

No account, no upload, no sign-up. Tomera works entirely offline, and you can export everything you have logged at any time.
